Hey guys, I'm James Middleton and welcome to my 30 day programme!
This programme isn't like any others you've seen before. It combines workouts, recipes and motivational videos to really get you feeling as best as you can. Of course, we all want to be in shape, that's why you're here, but feeling good for me is just as, if not more, important than looking good.
There are no two workouts repeated and there is a mixture of bodyweight circuits and cardio (and of course your very important rest days). The workouts are designed to increase your fitness levels, shred that fat you're wanting to get rid of and help tone up your muscles. You've now got to put in the hard work and commitment to it to really see the results.
There are 13 of some of my favourite recipes with a mixture of breakfast, lunch and dinner options for you to try.
There are also motivational videos to be unlocked along the way which will give you that added encouragement and boost as you work through it all.
